THREE NOCTURNES (Alto Saxophone and Piano)

synthesized demo

The finest among Satie‘s final works for solo piano, here transcribed for alto saxophone and piano. This is finely structured, harmonically inventive, early 20th century modernism at its best, and these transcriptions capture Satie’s unique musical personality and sensibility. They will work well as individual pieces or as a group. More Satie transcriptions are available from Creative Spirit Music Publisher.
